This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed at mymaggies-tanks.com with Avora Brands LLC ("Maggie's Tanks", "we", "us" or "our").

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. We may add other countries in the future; available destinations are shown at checkout.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after processing hours, on weekends or on holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping email with your tracking number once it ships.

Delivery times

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may take longer during peak periods (holidays, sales events), severe weather or carrier delays. Items in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different days.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total and destination. Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders. Express shipping, when offered, is $15.00. The exact cost is always shown before you pay.

Tracking

Every order includes tracking. Please allow up to 48 hours after you receive your shipping email for tracking information to become active.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, email us at support@mymaggies-tanks.com as soon as possible; we can only change an address before the order ships. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Customs, duties and taxes

For international destinations, if offered, customs duties, import taxes and fees are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated window, lost or arrives damaged, contact us at support@mymaggies-tanks.com and we will make it right in line with our Refund Policy.
