Avora Brands LLC ("Maggie's Tanks", "we", "us" or "our") operates mymaggies-tanks.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using the Site you agree to this policy.

Information you give us: name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number (if you provide one), order details, account details, messages you send to us, and survey or review content.
Payment information: payments are processed by our payment providers (such as Shopify Payments, PayPal and Shop Pay). We do not receive or store your full card number; we receive limited information such as the card brand, the last four digits and the payment status.
Information collected automatically: device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, links clicked, referring website, approximate location and other usage data, collected through cookies, pixels and similar technologies.
Information from third parties: our payment, shipping, analytics, marketing and fraud-prevention providers may give us information about your order, delivery and use of the Site.
2. How we use information
- To process and deliver your orders, send order and shipping updates, and provide customer support.
- To process payments, prevent fraud and protect the security of the Site.

3. How we share information
We share information with service providers who help us run the business, such as Shopify (ecommerce platform and payments), payment processors, shipping and fulfillment partners, email and marketing providers, analytics and advertising platforms, customer support tools and fraud-prevention services. They may use the information only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information to comply with the law, to respond to lawful requests, to protect rights, safety and property, or in connection with a merger, financing or sale of all or part of our business. We do not sell your personal information for money.

California residents: in the past 12 months we may have collected identifiers, commercial information, internet activity and geolocation data, as described above, and shared them with the categories of recipients listed in section 3. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of minors under 16.
8. Marketing choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, and opt out of text messages by replying STOP. Transactional messages about your order will still be sent.
9. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. International visitors
We are located in the United States, and information we collect is processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate. By using the Site you understand that your information may be transferred to these locations.
